The Self-Care Course
The Self-Care Course is a weekly, ongoing, group that meets once a week. It addresses topics like:
- Assertive Communication
- Boundary Setting
- Mindfulness
- Coping Skills
- Healthy Relationships
- Self-Esteem
- Body Image
- And much more
The Self-Care Course is part psycho-education, part activity, and part processing. The groups are small in order to provide individual attention and feedback and are facilitated by a Licensed Psychotherapist.
